Our company engages the most prominent property appraisers and assessors to prepare expert opinions. For larger projects we team up with the Appraisal Institute in Bratislava. Our company appraises and elaborates expert opinions on agricultural land.

Our extensive experience is the driver behind our company’s key business: the representation of property development companies in purchase, sale or lease in relation to new property development projects. Our work on individual projects starts long before the commencement of construction. During the construction phase, our company provides for the sale or lease of individual parts of the project, or the project as a whole, until the construction is completed. Our clients are taken care of during the whole construction phase until the project is handed over and put into operation. Subsequently, AGROP PLUS, s. r. o. provides for the transfer of ownership title to the property to individual natural or legal persons, including entry to the real estate register. After ownership is entered in the real estate register, we ensure that the property is accepted by the individual owners for use based on handover protocols.
