- Free advertisement on our webpage and all real estate websites
- Marketing
- Advisory
- Cooperation with reputable real estate agencies

Sale mediation fee – commission

Below EUR 300,000 – 3 %
Above EUR 300,000 – as agreed

Lease mediation fee – commission

In the amount of a one-month lease
