AGROP PLUS, s.r.o.
In 1992, a trade licence entitled “Ing. Dušan Vanek – AGROP” was registered in the trade licence register. In 1995 the agency that performed real estate transactions and advisory services (hence the acronym AGROP) registered a business activity defined as the “Mediation of purchase and sale of movable and immovable assets – real estate agency”. Thus, Ing. Dušan Vanek – AGROP became a regular member of the National Association of Real Estate Agencies in Slovakia. Subsequently the company started to represent the property development company ATLAS REAL s.r.o. as its exclusive representative for real estate transactions. This was when our company’s business model took shape.
In 2007, AGROP PLUS s. r. o. was incorporated as the successor to Ing. Dušan Vanek – AGROP. The newly formed company assumed all the activities of its predecessor, and expanded the range of consulting services in property valuation and appraisal.
